Peter Newson started the company in 1973 to carry out electrical installation and repairs, including Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting.

The company still does just that!

Clients include Blue Chip Companies, small local businesses and offices, shops and shopping centres, factories and workshops, in schools and colleges directly and for local authorities. From Fire stations to farms and churches, Country Houses to studio flats. Everyone has electricity and sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes it just needs to do more.

So still doing all it did, but along the way improving with membership of The Electrical Contractors Association, who aid with technical and management advice and training courses, and the NICEIC Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer schemes meaning we can carry out Test and Inspections of our own installation work and also periodic testing of all electrical, fire alarm, and emergency lighting installations. We are licensed to ‘self certify’ our installations under Part P of the Building Regulations. Portable Appliance Testing is also carried out on site and occasionally a few items are brought to our premises.

All this testing results in certificates to comply with the requirements of local authorities, insurance companies, landlords, and purchasers of property.
